The two first worlds in the practice library are addition and subtraction games for children from age 5. They use the same levels, so a child can play one stage of each and see the same numbers from both sides.
From age 5, start with Number Grove (addition), then Subtraction Shores (subtraction) at the same level. From age 7, Multiply Mountain and Fraction Falls open too.
They are two sides of the same fact: if 7 + 5 = 12, then 12 − 5 = 7. Every Subtraction Shores answer is checked by adding back, so practising both builds number facts faster than either alone.
Use the practice level menu at the top of this page, or settings. Choose a US grade (Kindergarten to 5th grade) or an England Year (Year 1 to Year 6).
